These figures are expected to triple by 2050, due to population growth and an aging population.

<aside> ➡️ Friends and family can help in the implementation in blind people's everyday life like putting in place and understand the functioning of the glasses. Also, it can be disturbing to use a new device on a regular basis, having someone being here in the first step can be reassuring.

Context

• WHY? Tell what you want to change and what are your goals. Describe what you will consider as a success

<aside> ➡️ Today, blind people encounter many difficulties in their daily interactions. They are quickly recognisable by their white canes and often experience social isolation due to the easy stigmatisation by their environment. Our project would make it easier for these people to integrate into society, help them in their daily interactions by describing the feelings expressed by their interlocutor, and guide them by describing the environment around them. A success for this project would be that a blind person can successfully argue and counter-argument in a debate with several interlocutors as easily as a person with good vision, taking into consideration each of the details surrounding him/her (emotions of the interlocutor, feelings, objects).

<aside> ➡️ This project should be used every day and at any time by blind people, as long as they need to interact with their environment.

• WHERE? Identify and describe the spaces and how they are used

<aside> ➡️ Blind people would use these glasses everywhere, both indoors and outdoors. However, the weak point of this project is when the user is in a dark place (at night, in a room with little light). This could interfere with the classification of images by our glasses.

<aside> ➡️ The blind people can have better interpersonal experience with this product. When they are interacting with people but unable to see anything, our product can help them with "fake eyes": it can analyze the persons emotional situation according to their emotion and reactions just like humans do.

<aside> ➡️ Sentimental Analysis: The cameras attached to the body of blind people can detect the emotions and reactions of the people whom they are interacting.
