YOUR WEEKLY GOALS

Make your final prototype

Now that you have defined what is your best proposal it’s time to make a greater version of it. You will present it to the jury during the final evaluation alongside the early prototypes made in the previous phase (keep them!).

A good prototype is self-explanatory: the user must be able to understand how it works without instructions or user manual. It must be fully functional and sufficiently strong to withstand several demonstrations in real conditions of use.

Resources

Note in the section below all the projects and tools you’ve find to help you for the conception and fabrication of your final prototype.

Demonstrator design

Drawing

Start by taking a sheet of paper and draw the global shape of your demonstrator, then identify the different parts draw them one by one.

Insert below the pictures/scans of your drawings, don’t forget to write a caption for each image:

This is the global demonstration of our product, with a switch, a camera, and a processing unit attached on the glasses. (The processing unit is actually bigger than that.)
